Pakistan
Republik Islam Pakistan, salah satu negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar di dunia, yang telah menandatangani Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) dengan Indonesia pada tanggal 3 Februari 2012. Pakistan menganut sistem pemerintahan federal, Pakistan terdiri dari 4 Provinsi yaitu Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 1 Wilayah Khusus Gilgit-Baltistan, dan 1 Wilayah Otonom Azad Jammu-Kashmir. Selain Pemerintah Federal dan Islamabad Capital Teritory (ICT), masing-masing wilayah tersebut memiliki perangkat undang-undang sendiri yang mengatur berbagai aspek kehidupan dalam yuridiksinya.
Plastik
Plastik adalah material sintetis atau semi sintetis yang dibuat dari polimer.
Plastik termasuk dalam kode HS seksi VII bab 39 - Plastics and articles thereof. Uraian barang untuk bab 39 dapat dilihat di sini. Mengacu kepada Pakistan Customs Tariff, plastk dan produk turunannya adalah sebagai berikut:
- Kode HS 3901 Polymers of ethylene, in primary forms (PE)
- Kode HS 3902 Polymers of propylene or of other olefins, in primary forms (PP)
- Kode HS 3903 Polymers of styrene, in primary forms (PS)
- Kode HS 3904 Polymers of vinyl chloride or of other halogenated olefins, in primary forms. (PVC)
- Kode HS 3905 Polymers of vinyl acetate or of other vinyl esters, in primary forms; other vinyl polymers in primary forms (PVA)
- Kode HS 3906 Acrylic polymers in primary forms.
