Disarankan pula dalam pemberian label, produk sebaiknya diberikan cap “Hallmark” untuk meyakinkan kualitas perhiasan kepada konsumen. Ada tiga jenis cap hallmark, yakni Taegeuk (대국), Mugunghwa (무궁화), dan Gold Hallmark.
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act is an US law (namely HR 4040), imposing new requirements on manufacturers of apparel, shoes, personal care products, accessories and jewelry, toys, beddings electronics, school supplies, etc. It is targeted mostly to the children’s products designed or intended for ages 12 and under. Third-party testing is required for these children’s products. KATRi has been accepted as an accredited third-party laboratory for tests such as Lead in Paint, Phthalates, Total Lead, Flammability, Small Parts, Sharp Edges, Sharp Points, etc. This regulation is more stringent than any other legislation for consumers due to imposing obligations and increasing penalties on the manufacturer, importer, and distributor in the US market.
